As Chairman of NAI DESCO and the DESCO Group, Mark formed and lead a strong, driven team of commercial real estate professionals, overseeing development, acquisition, brokerage, property management and legal departments.

Prior to the formation of NAI DESCO and DESCO Group, Mark lead the in-house real estate department for Schnuck Markets, Inc.

John Sheahan has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 1987.  John has completed lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail, land and investment properties.

In his career, John has completed over 700 transactions valued at over $369 million dollars involving 10.3 million square feet and 297 acres.

Peter Sheahan has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1989 and has held his real estate license since 1986.

Peter has completed lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail, medical, land and investment properties. To date, Peter has completed over 600 transactions totaling in excess of $800,000,000 in value.

Bill has been active in commercial real estate since 2005 and specializes in retail buyer and tenant representation, landlord representation, property disposition and investment sales.  Bill has been involved in over 325 transactions totaling more than $130,000,000 in volume.  Bill has extensive experience navigating the complexities of municipal approval, permitting, planning & zoning and entitlements.

Michelle specializes in Retail, Industrial and Investment brokerage and has been involved in more than 100 transactions totaling in excess of $100M in value. Michelle’s expertise includes tenant and buyer representation, landlord representation, property valuation and disposition, investment consultation and 1031 tax deferred exchange, innovative marketing techniques and strategic negotiation.

Theresa is a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at NAI DESCO.

As a key executive team member, Theresa is responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s long-term strategic vision, identifying growth opportunities, and leading corporate development initiatives.

With over 20 years of dedicated service to NAI DESCO, Jill has cultivated a diverse skill set that spans various facets of the industry. Beginning her career as a retail brokerage assistant, she honed her abilities in client relations and transaction coordination, setting a solid foundation for her future roles. Transitioning to the position of Marketing Manager, Jill demonstrated her strategic prowess by spearheading successful marketing campaigns and enhancing the company’s brand presence in a competitive market.

In her current role, Jill oversees the administrative assistant staff, ensuring seamless support for real estate agents and brokers. Her responsibilities also extend to accounting, invoicing, and IT support, showcasing her multifaceted expertise and commitment to operational excellence. Known for her leadership and problem-solving skills, Jill plays a crucial role in driving NAI DESCO’s success, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment that empowers the entire team.

Katie Hardiman serves as the Vice President of Property Management, bringing a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale real estate portfolios.

Katie is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and leading teams to success through collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is an active member of CREW, ICSC and a Licensed Realtor.
