Katie Hardiman serves as the Vice President of Property Management, bringing a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale real estate portfolios. Prior to joining NAI Desco, Katie spent eleven years at Dierbergs Markets, where she successfully managed over 3 million square feet of Class A real estate. Her expertise spans across property operations, tenant relations, and financial management, with a strong focus on enhancing asset value and driving operational efficiency.

At Dierbergs, Katie was instrumental in maintaining high occupancy rates, executing capital improvements, and ensuring top-tier tenant satisfaction. She is highly skilled in budgeting, contract negotiation, and compliance, and has a reputation for implementing best-in-class property management practices that benefit both property owners and tenants.

Katie is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and leading teams to success through collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is an active member of CREW, ICSC and a Licensed Realtor.

Katie and her husband Josh are involved in their community, balancing their professional lives with the joys of raising three energetic boys in Ladue. Their weekends are filled with excitement as they cheer on their sons at various sporting events throughout the St. Louis area. Katie’s commitment to her family and community reflects her belief in the importance of creating lasting memories and nurturing strong values in her boys.
