Earlier, Emily built a strong foundation in commercial real estate during her time with Cushman & Wakefield. Over nearly five years, she progressed from Senior Portfolio Lease Analyst to Transaction Manager, supporting national retail clients such as H&R Block, FleetPride, and GameStop. She managed high-volume lease transactions, conducted market optimizations, and identified savings opportunities, delivering exceptional results for her clients.
