Emily is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing, property management, and transaction services. Currently serving as Vice President at NAI DESCO, Emily leverages her experience in strategic negotiations to foster successful relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. 

Prior to her current role, Emily excelled as a Leasing Representative at The Staenberg Group, where she was responsible for leasing 900,000 SF at premier shopping destinations such as The District in Chesterfield, Missouri, and other properties across Kansas and Oklahoma. During her tenure, she honed her skills in market analysis, site selection, and property optimization, contributing to the growth and success of the company's portfolio. Her ability to navigate complex negotiations and deliver tailored leasing solutions has been a hallmark of her career.

Earlier, Emily built a strong foundation in commercial real estate during her time with Cushman & Wakefield. Over nearly five years, she progressed from Senior Portfolio Lease Analyst to Transaction Manager, supporting national retail clients such as H&R Block, FleetPride, and GameStop. She managed high-volume lease transactions, conducted market optimizations, and identified savings opportunities, delivering exceptional results for her clients. Emily’s passion for real estate, coupled with her dedication to client success, has made her a respected leader in the industry.
