Jeff has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry from a unique perspective. Prior to his brokerage career, Jeff was a business owner and a commercial construction supplier. Jeff went on to develop, own and manage commercial properties in the market. This experience has given him intimate knowledge of market conditions and trends, as well as deep community connections, which he uses to provide the best possible service to his clients. The range of services he provides include: investment analysis, site search analysis, acquisition, disposition, leasing and build-to-suit transactions. Jeff has experience in all property types and with both public and private sector industries. Jeff’s recent focus has been on multi-family housing, participating in the $10.1 million dollar sale of a 490-unit affordable multi-family complex in St. Louis County to a Florida investor.
