Noel has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2003, joining
NAI DESCO in 2011 as a Vice President specializing in Industrial, Office, and Investment Real
Estate Brokerage. During his brokerage career, Noel has completed over $50 million of transactions
(involving over 2,000,000 SF) for a wide variety of clients.
Noel provides his clients with a wide range of services, including tenant representation, landlord representation,
needs analysis, property valuation, investment consultation, real estate strategy analysis and development,
syndication and 1031 tax deferred exchange, creative marketing techniques, strategic negotiations, and project
oversight to completion.
