Michael joined NAI DESCO as a Senior Vice President in 2011,
bringing 34 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience to his clients. Before coming
to NAI DESCO, Michael worked for other prominent St. Louis commercial brokerage firms. In 1988
he founded Wolken Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a firm which specialized in tenant/buyer representation.
During his career, Michael has completed in excess of $950 million dollars worth of transactions (involving over
1,300 sales and leases), focusing mainly on industrial, office, and investment properties.
